We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 14-day return policy on eligible products.

Please note:

• All Tobacco items are duty and tax paid, Products will come with UK DUTY PAID packaging as standard. 

    •    Due to hygiene, safety, and legal regulations, tobacco products, vape devices, e-liquids, and related items are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.

    •    All other eligible items must be returned in unused, original condition with proof of purchase within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

    •    Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

    •    Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
